On 8 May 2018, H.E. Mr. Songphol Sukchan, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia together with spouse arrived in Jakarta to assume his duty. On this occasion, he was welcomed by officials from the Royal Thai Embassy, Permanent Mission of Thailand to ASEAN, Team Thailand, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia and Ambassadors/representatives of the ASEAN countries’ Embassies. Later, on 9 May 2018 H.E. the Ambassador met with H.E. Mr. Andri Hadi, Director-General for Protocol and Consular Affairs of Indonesia to hand over a copy of the Letter of Credence.
