On 7 November 2025, H.E. Mr. Prapan Disyatat, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia, presided over a merit-making ceremony to mark the 15th day following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony was attended by 75 participants, including heads of offices under Team Thailand, officials and staff of the Embassy and Team Thailand, as well as the Thai Honorary Consul in Denpasar, representatives from the Thai private sector and the Thai community. The ceremony comprised the offering of monks’ robes, Sanghadana, and alms food to 4 Buddhist monks from Buddha Metta Temple in Jakarta and a 93-second meditation session in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s boundless benevolence and lifelong devotion.
