On 31 October 2025, Mrs. Hathaichanok Riddhagni Frumau, Chargé d’ Affaires ad interim of the Embassy, presided over a merit-making ceremony to mark the 7th day following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. The ceremony was attended by 39 participants, including heads of offices under Team Thailand, officials and staff of the Embassy and Team Thailand, as well as representatives from the Thai private sector and Thai community. The ceremony comprised the offering of monks’ robes, Sanghadana, and lunch (Phatthana) to 4 Buddhist monks from Buddha Metta Temple and Samakkhitham Temple in Jakarta and a 93-second meditation session in remembrance of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother’s boundless benevolence and lifelong devotion.
