On 3 December 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta and Team Thailand held a celebratory event for the Thai community in Jakarta which is one of the series of events commemorating the Birthday Anniversary of H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, Thailand’s National Day and Thailand’s Father’s Day on 5 December 2021. Mrs. Jiraporn Sudanich, Chargé d’Affairs, a.i., delivered opening remarks for the event which was also attended by H.E. Ms. Urawadee Sriphiromya, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Thailand to ASEAN, Honourary Consul in Denpasar and representatives from the Thai Business Club Indonesia and the Thai Women Association. This event was held in accordance with Jakarta’s health protocols with limited number of guests who were Antigen tested before entering the venue.
