On 16 May 2024, the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta held a working-level discussion with the delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Indonesia on the preparation for 75th Anniversary of Thailand-Indonesia Diplomatic Relations in 2025. On this occasion, both sides exchanged views on programs and events to be collaborated in the celebration of such an important milestone. Both sides also followed up on the status of pending bilateral agreements and preparation of significant bilateral meetings in the near future, including the Joint Commission Meeting (JC) and the Security Dialogue.
