On 9 November 2024, H.E. Mr. Russ Jalichandra, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, presided over the Royal Kathina Ceremony at Vihara Jakarta Dhammacakka Jaya which was
attended by over 250 participants from Thai and Indonesian sides, including members of the diplomatic corps. Dignitaries included Ambassador Prapan Disyatat, Ambassador Phantipha
Iamsudha Ekarohit, Ambassador Admiral Prof. Jayanath Colombage of Sri Lanka, Dr. Triroso, Secretary of the Directorate General of the Buddhist Community Guidance, and Mr. Daniel Johan, member of the House of Representatives of Indonesia. The ceremony raised a total of 340,000 Baht and 17,800,000 Indonesian Rupiah in donation from His Majesty the King of Thailand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, and members of Thai and Indonesian communities for the temple.
