On 7 February 2019, H.E. Mr. Songphol Sukchan, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia and Team Thailand (Thai Trade Center and Investment Representative Office) attended the dinner with Consul Generals and Honorary Consuls of foreign countries and Indonesian businessmen in Surabaya and East Java Province to build up the network and promote trade and investment collaboration between the Royal Thai Embassy in Jakarta and Team Thailand, and the Indonesian private sector Province at Hotel Vasa Surabaya. Both sides also agreed to promote business matching activities between Thai and Indonesian business sectors. Over 50 Indonesian businessmen joined the event.
