On 8 August 2019 , Mrs. Jiraporn Sudanich, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, presided over the opening ceremony of the Thailand-Indonesia Medical and Pharmaceutical Products 2019 event at the JW Marriott Hotel, Jakarta. The event is organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion and is designed for companies from the medical device and pharmaceutical products sectors from Thailand and Indonesia to meet and network. The event also provided discussions on Indonesia’s healthcare sector along with explaining business regulations in Indonesia regarding medical devices and pharmaceutical products.
