On 15 February 2019, H.E. Mr. Songphol Sukchan, Ambassador of Thailand to Indonesia, delivered opening remarks at the Thailand-Indonesia Business Matching and Networking 2019 event. The event was co-organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) and the Thai Trade Center, Jakarta and provided a platform for face-to-face meetings between Thai and Indonesian businesses to discuss potential business opportunities. There were 30 Thai businesspeople from various sectors such as automotive parts, construction materials, electronics, and agricultural machinery that attended the event.
